Shipping

Delivery:

Please allow for all orders to be processed within 10 business days. All orders are hand packaged with special care. Packages will be tracked and require a signature on delivery. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your package has shipped.

Duties and Taxes:

International deliveries may incur duties/taxes. These fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Packaging:

Unframed originals are flat packed.

Framed pieces are shipped in a double-walled foam box.

Canvas works are hand-packaged with a bespoke high-density polyethylene cover before further protective material is added. Will ship stretched in a box.

Returns

All sales are final. You have 10 days to apply for a return should you be displeased with your acquisition. Please email enquiries@helennhan.com stating the specific details and reason for return. If the reason for return is approved, the work is to be returned in the condition it arrived, shipped insured and tracked.
